This brillant spanish olive oil reveals us an immediate clean freshness, fragrancy, fruity aromas and herbaceous fragrances. It show with great aromatic complexity wakening reminiscences of plants that coexist together olive tree, highlighting green olive leaf, lavender, wheat grass, fruity nuances of tomato and green banana, green apple and green almond. In mouth, Centenarium Olive Oil, is well balanced, it has a very nice entrance sweet, slightly bitter and spicy, its persistence over time is elegant and delicate.
