Production and features

This type of olive tree is native to Andalucia, particularly in the eastern provinces of Seville, southern Cordoba and all the northern province of Malaga.

The tree is of medium density, with long and fruitful branches, and  it is characterized by the light gray-green colour of the young tree. This particular type of olive tree withstands the cold and is perfectly suited to chalky soil.

 Its leaf is partially ribbed and elongated, with silver undersides.The olive (fruit) is usually large in size and coarse in texture. Its shape is an almost perfect sphere. The fruit also withstands the cold well.
