Product description

The olive, manzanilla variety, Coming from Cáceres, this variety is fully adapted to Tajo river valley conditions, gifting us with a unique juice, which is hard to mistake with other varietals, since it features some very special characteristics.

The pulp is meaty, evocative and full of flavour. This variety has been used since antiquity as a traditional green dressing or for the production of olive oils.

 Through a careful pressing at the mill, it has obtained this olive oil with a refined and soft structure.
