Aroma

Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Las 7 encinas Picual Premium Edition, exclusive harvest, is fruity where the green leaf attribute dominates over that of freshly cut grass. Artichoke and Tomato and be perceived as well as other notes of vegetables.

Olive Oil Flavor 

To the palate, it offers medium intensity of bitterness and spicy. Also to the palate, green leaf dominates which is combined in a balanced way with green banana. Both attributes offering persistence and intensity.

The Picual variety is one of the most stable. It's characterized by a high content in polyphenols (natural antioxidants), a low level of peroxides, low acidity (less than 0.2º) and a high oleic acid content. These properties make it a product with extraordinary qualities, not only sensory but also healthy.
