Extra Virgin Olive Oil of medium green Fruity intensity with strong presence of aromas and nuances reminiscent of the freshly cut grass. Notes that provide freshness leaf and stalk that harmonize with a strong perception of bitter and spicy.

Variety

100% redondilla. Obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. Cold extraction (<27 °), directly from selected ancient olive trees,  to the mill in just minutes since harvest.

 The redondilla variety, from selected ancient olive trees, is characterized by a golden-green color, with fruity flavor and high intensity aromas. It has an extremely high content of oleic acid, vitamin E, polyphenols and antioxidants, which endow them with great resistance to oxidation, while posing extraordinary health benefits.
