The harvesting time starts on first week of november therefore giving a lighter fruity flavour with slight touches of tomato and ripe olive and with the common denominator of being a good olive oil with a smooth, balanced flavour, suitable for use both in cooking: frying, for sautés, as an ingredient in traditional cooking, and raw.
Just 2 hours from the start of olive fruit harvest, arrive at the oil mill, a first visual inspection of the condition of the fruit is made, checking that it is healthy and with a good exterior appearance.

Extra Virgin Olive oil of high quality, Casa del Agua, is bottled in PET formats, this material being used for large consumption or family use, in 5 litres containers.
